Meet Jayne
Certified Life Coach
Hi! I'm Jayne, a Certified Life Coach.
Are you ready to do something different and make those changes in your life that have been niggling away at you for ages? I have a bit of life experience as a wife and mother to a large family, as well as a career; and I added in some qualifications in mentoring and life coaching to enable me to support others. I have a good idea of the ups and downs in life and how we get in a rut and get stuck in low self worth and believing we can't, when actually we CAN.
Does this sound like you?
Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals from all walks of life. From being a team member to leading teams, and into higher management, I understand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with a fulfilling personal life. I've experienced the highs and lows, the stresses and strains on mental health, relationships, and finances. I don't claim to know it all, but I have used my experiences and qualifications to help others.
I've developed a system that I truly believe in. Transformational coaching is designed to help you uncover hidden aspects of yourself, unlock your potential, and discover your true path.
Are you ready to move to the next stage of your life?
I offer online, individual, and flexible sessions just for you. I'll guide you to clarity, confidence, and the life you want, or maybe just figure out what that is first.
It is so easy to think we should know what we want, when maybe we don't.
Let's do this together. Your first step starts below when you press the 'learn more' button.

About Me and it.
Having learned from one of the best coaches in the business, Ali Campbell, I infuse my own style into his unique approach, because I want to keep it real and bring myself to your sessions.
No fakery here.
When looking for professional certification, I sought an holistic and comprehensive approach to coaching, one that goes beyond the traditional corporate performance-oriented methods. I work with professionalism and take your journey through the process very seriously. I attend regular group supervision and keep abreast of new information provided by my trainer and the CMA, The Complementary Medical Association, who my qualification is registered with. Aligned with this is my natural interest and curiosity to keep on learning and being the best that I can be in order to support you authentically.

My professional career spans 30 years helping people of all ages, therapeutically supporting families affected by trauma and disadvantage, while also leading and inspiring colleagues to find joy in their work.
My keen interest in leadership and effectiveness stems from my own experience, reinforcing my belief that anyone can be a leader in what ever they are doing.
At home, at work, in life.

Opportunities to start again
As a working mother of five, I try to embrace this attitude daily, balancing the roles of being a wife, mother, daughter, and friend, alongside caring for Walter the cat and Mable the Chihuahua. I say try, because I know it is not easy to always be on top of my game and things can bring me down and cause me to take two steps back rather than forward.
Being a Life Coach does not make me immune.
However, I believe every day is an opportunity to start again, in fact every moment is. Moment by moment we can step up that little bit more, and we can also learn to rest and nurture ourselves.

How does it work?
I will ask you a series of questions over a block of ten sessions. Probably questions you have never asked yourself before and if you have, maybe you have not dared to answer with honesty. I will give you the space you need and hold you safely to be as honest with yourself as you feel comfortable being. No pressure, but the more you give the more you will get.
This way of working does not just touch the one issue you may have thought you want to explore, it touches all of you.
This does not mean we cannot work on specifics, it just means that along the way you will feel it in other areas of your life. Some of my areas of interest include: juggling family, relationships and career; people management, cohesive team leadership and starting again after significant events such as major physical and mental health issues, employment termination and living with trauma in the family.
You can have a light bulb moment at some point, either in the middle of a session, in that valuable space in between, or even after we have completed working together, when you gain clarity and can see the path forward.
I have learned that living authentically is the key. Sounds like fancy terminology and it is powerful, but it basically means, living like you were always meant to, being who you were always meant to be and finding the courage within you.

Accessible Value
So often, therapy and life coaching seems unreachable to many. It feels like it is a service reserved for those with money to burn. I do not want to add to that feeling. I want transformational change to be accessible to more people. We all deserve the chance to experience time just for us that can help us grow. That is why my sessions are priced as they are. Not all high ticket charges lead to the best in the business. I enjoy what I do and I give my full attention to you and I have the skills and knowledge to take you on an interesting journey.

Jayne has the knack of making you feel heard. The questions she asked me made me think about things I hadn't even considered before. The way she does it makes it easy and something to look forward to.
